Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase. If not, feel free to send it back to us! 

Items are eligible for return if:

• All items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have the original tags still attached
• Items are shipped back within 30 days from the original purchase date

If you are returning an item, please e-mail teamblueswallow@gmail.com and we will be happy to generate a prepaid label and send to your email.

 If your return does not meet the above criteria, please do not attempt to return it. Items will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.

If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please e-mail teamblueswallow@gmail.com. All claims must be made within 30 days of purchase date. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling.
